Cabin Crew

We are seeking to recruit prospective Cabin Crew members during our Cabin Crew Careers Day held on Saturday 31^st May 2025 at Corinthia Palace, Attard, Malta, between 09:30hrs and 16:30hrs.

Cabin Crew perform duties in relation to the efficient quality of in-flight service, comfort and safety of passengers.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

An introduction to KM Malta Airlines, followed by an interview and an assessment.

Copy of Identity Card and Passport
Curriculum Vitae
Self full-length photo
Self-portrait photo
Cabin Crew EASA Attestation & Medical Certificate (if in possession)*
Copies of Qualification Certificate(s); at grades 1–5/A–C and/or Pass (as applicable), of either of the following:

5 certificates at MQF Level 3, or
3 certificates at MQF Level 4, or
1 certificate at MQF Level 5

*KM Malta Airlines will offer initial Cabin Crew training courses (attestation) to successful candidates who do not currently hold an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, subject to a non-refundable fee.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have an average weight-to-height ratio and a minimum arm reach of 207cm
Be medically fit to discharge the specified cabin-crew duties
Strong communication skills combined with an outgoing personality
Demonstrate the ability to deal with passenger needs
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, along with proficiency in Maltese
A sufficient level of IT literacy is necessary to access and utilise company applications
