To achieve this, we carefully select high-quality ingredients and focus on presenting our dishes with attention to detail, whilst showcasing Maltese cuisine – which is a key aspect of our culinary offerings.
To incorporate local flavours, we use a variety of local herbs from the Mediterranean, as well as local olives and ġbejniet (a traditional Maltese cheese). We have formed partnerships with a handful of local farmers and producers who deliver fresh products to us. This ensures that we source high-quality ingredients and support the local community.
In our homage to Maltese craftsmanship, vibrant tiles reminiscent of the island's charm grace the table, complemented by tablecloths mirroring the hues of Malta’s natural sandstone, whilst each sip from our mugs adorned with the Maltese cross is a toast to our heritage. We invite you to delve deeper into tradition as we present a balsamic and olive oil mix in petite replicas of the iconic Maltese ceramic "Żinġla" bowls, used traditionally for crafting the famous Maltese dough.
