If you miss your flight...

While we understand that sometimes external circumstances might cause you to be late for your booked flight, if this happens you will be considered a no-show and denied any compensation. You should always check the closing times for check-in to avoid being disappointed. You will not be allowed to check-in after the check-in gate closes.

If you miss a connecting flight...

If a delayed flight causes you to miss a connecting flight to another airline, you should be provided with an alternative routing to your final destination. However, if your itinerary is on separate tickets, we are only responsible for your journey up to the destination on your ticket.


If you want to cancel or change your booking...

If your travel plans have changed, your reservation can either be cancelled or you can change the dates of your flight to any day (depending on flight availability) up to one (1) day prior to departure by visiting our Sales Office at Malta International Airport, or by contacting our Customer Support Centre. The change fee and refundability terms as per your fare will apply. Please find below more information.

Rememberunless you had booked your return flight separately, it is considered part of the same trip. Make sure you make use of your outbound flight or advise us ahead of time if you also need to cancel or change your booking for your return flight.

We strive to ensure you reach your destination reliably and punctually. However, air traffic disturbances may still occur, leading to potential changes in departure gates, flight delays, or even cancellations. You have rights under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 and the airline operating the disrupted flight is responsible for upholding these rights.

If your flight has been cancelled or overbooked...

CANCELLED FLIGHT

In the rare case of a cancelled flight which you have no control over, you will be offered the following assistance:

  • re-routing to your final destination, at the earliest opportunity;
  • re-routing to your final destination at a later date, subject to availability of seats;
  • reimbursement of the full cost of your ticket, at the price at which it was bought, for the part or parts of the journey not made, and for the part or parts already made if the flight is no longer serving any purpose in relation to your original travel plan, together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure, at the earliest opportunity.

OVERBOOKED FLIGHT

In the rare case of an overbooked flight, which might result in you being involuntarily denied boarding on a flight you have reserved, we will provide you with the options below:

  • re-routing to your final destination, at the earliest opportunity;
  • re-routing to your final destination at a later date, subject to availability of seats;
  • reimbursement of the full cost of your ticket, at the price at which it was bought, for the part or parts of the journey not made, and for the part or parts already made if the flight is no longer serving any purpose in relation to your original travel plan, together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure, at the earliest opportunity.

If your flight has been delayed or changed...

Like any other airline, a minor fraction of our flights may experience technical issues or other concerns resulting in departure delays or routing changes. If such circumstances arise, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution. Please refer to the delay notice to understand the support and reimbursements available to you, here.
