THINGS TO NOTE.
- All additional items such as jackets, small umbrellas, laptops/tablets, purses, small cameras, or items purchased from the airport, must be carried within your small bag or hand luggage.
- Second pieces not included within your Fare or not bought as an extra online will be subject to a fee at check-in or departure gate.
- If your cabin baggage is of excessive weight/dimensions and cannot be stored in the overhead bin or is considered unsafe for any reason by our staff, it must be checked in against a fee. Find more info on baggage fees here.
- If your cabin baggage is within the allowable limits but there is not sufficient space in the overhead bin, you will be asked to check it in for FREE carriage in the hold. This procedure takes place at the time of boarding the aircraft. You will then be given a baggage claim receipt, you will not be charged, and you can collect your bag at the baggage claim carousel at your destination airport.
- Passengers who have been asked to check-in their cabin baggage should remove any valuables, important medical items, electronic equipment, spare batteries, e-cigarettes, or any other item they might need during the flight. For security reasons guests are also invited to lock the bag before handing it to our ground staff.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
We inform you that the following items can be carried in your personal item in the cabin:
- Liquid items which shall be placed in containers with a maximum capacity of 100ml each. All containers must be included in a transparent, re-sealable, plastic bag with a maximum capacity of 1 litre. Each passenger can carry only one sealed bag and should deliver it separately to Security Screening, for further examination.
- Necessary liquids for medical or dietary purposes and baby food. It is important to mention that you may be requested to prove that those liquids are essential for you to have them on board. Passengers with chronic conditions that require medication will need to provide a relevant medical certificate, upon request.
- Products purchased from the airport. Those items should be included in special sealed bags, provided by the respective shops. Please do not open such bags before you pass through Security Screening; otherwise, the corresponding content might be confiscated at the Checkpoint. It is noted that all those liquids are additional to the quantities included in the re-sealable bag (already mentioned above).
The Security Screening Staff are obliged to request that you dispose of any liquids which do not comply with the terms specified by the European Regulation. Those particular products shall then be sent for recycling.
