By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  1. The prize draw is conducted once a month, and the winner is selected at random. The winner will be notified via the email provided in the survey response.
  2. Only completed surveys will be entered into the prize draw.
  3. The survey must be completed within two weeks of receipt.
  4. Only customers aged 16 years or over can participate in the voucher draw. KM Malta Airlines employees and their close relatives are not eligible to win.

 

VOUCHER T&Cs

  1. The prize shall consist of one free return Economy Class flight voucher for a single person.
  2. Winning flight voucher will be valid for 12 months (365 days) from the voucher issue date.
  3. Date of travel is subject to availability of seat and travel date (as determined at the sole discretion of KM Malta Airlines). Embargo on blackout and peak periods can be determined by the airline from time to time.
  4. Travel is not permitted between 18th and 21st April 2025, between 19th December 2025 and 5th January 2026, and on Maltese bank and public holidays.
  5. Voucher is only valid on direct KM Malta Airlines operated and scheduled flights (code-share flights are not included). View our full list of destinations here.
  6. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  7. Loyalty points accrual will not be permitted on this ticket.
  8. No compensation related to any denied boarding, delays, or cancellations is granted on this FOC ticket.
  9. Once booking is completed no changes are permitted and ticket is non-transferable.
  10. The voucher can be used to book one return ticket in Economy Class for one passenger. The relevant Economy Plus conditions shall apply. Baggage entitlement*:
    • Small Bag (under the seat) - 40x34x18cm
    • Hand Luggage (overhead bin) - 10kg; 40x55x25cm
    • Checked Baggage - 20kg
  11. Any additional ancillaries must be purchased at time of booking.
  12. Tickets cannot be used in relation to or in conjunction with a group or tour organised by a travel agent/tour operator.
  13. Transportation of passengers and baggage by KM Malta Airlines shall be subject to KM Malta Airlines’ General Conditions of Carriage, or any equivalent terms and conditions upon which KM Malta Airlines undertakes the carriage by air of passengers and baggage prevailing at the time of carriage and all other applicable rules, laws, regulations, and International Conventions.   14. Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary passport and/or visas as well as any other requirements needed for the destinations and transfer points well in advance.
