Disruption to flight KM117 / 22nd November 2024 – London Gatwick to Malta
Due to the security incident this afternoon 22nd November at London Gatwick Airport, which caused severe disruption and airport closure, any customers who were booked on but unable to travel on KM117 departing from London Gatwick, can either:
- Opt for a full refund of the cost of the flight if they want to cancel the booking;
- or rebook onto an alternative KM Malta Airlines flight out of London Gatwick or London Heathrow for travel before the 30th of November 2024, at no additional charge.
For those customers who booked their flight directly with KM Malta Airlines and prefer a monetary refund, they may contact us through our online form. For bookings through a travel agent, kindly contact them to initiate a refund request.
