Add sports equipment to your flight when making your booking, through our Sales Office at Malta International Airport, or get in touch with our Call Centre on +356 21356000.
The below items are considered sports equipment. Equipment should be stored in a hard container and should be checked-in at the airport:

- Items not listed above are subject to normal excess baggage charges. Find out more here.
- Sports equipment must be packed separately.
- Maximum weight per bag must not exceed 32kg. Baggage weighing over the entitled limit will be considered excess baggage, and you will be asked to pay the extra weight fee at check-in.
- Fees and conditions outlined are applicable to KM Malta Airline flights only. For interline journeys involving carriage on both KM Malta Airlines operated flights and another airline, the other airline’s rules may apply in certain cases.
